Question: When I export games from CB16 to Pgn, the pgn often contains an embedded "evp" code.
I remove these entries manually and would like to know what is the meaning of these entries.
Answer: the embedded EVP code contains the position rating by the engine for the game. This information is used by us so that the database program can display the rating profile for the game.
