Problem: I have recently purchased Chessbase 13 (download version). I would like to set up an account so that I can use the Live Database and the other Web Apps, but it does not seem to work. I set up an account at accounts.chessbase.com and then entered the serial number that was mentioned in the email, but it says that it is not valid. Can you help me with this?
The serial is only valid for the activation of ChessBase13, not for an account at https://account.chessbase.com
But the access to the online database is part of Chessbase 13.
Just open a board, make some moves and click on “Online”or just hit enter.
If you click on “Online” in the database window you will get a search mask.
