Problem: I use the last version of the ChessBase Reader. When I start a video the video opens as if it’s going to play and then it closes (crashes). Can you help?
Answer: If you use the last version of the CB Reader, then change the graphics processor for Chessbase Reader 2017 from High-performance NVIDIA processor to Integrated graphics.
