Problem: I updated my Fritz program and it no longer runs. The error message states that I don't have d3dx9_43.dll on my computer. My computer runs DirectX 12. I've tried downloading DirectX anyway and it fails to download.
 

Solution:

Please install DirectX through the link

http://download.chessbase.com/support/ChessBaseDirectXSetup.exe

Please run the setup to the default path. When the installation has been completed, restart the system and run your chess program again.
