How to add my ducats ordered from the ChessBase Shop to my ChessBase Account username
This is how to “cash in” your Ducats voucher:
Login with your CB account at
https://account.chessbase.com/en
and “cash in” your voucher code which is stated in your ChessBase Shop Account under "My Downloads"

add the serialnumber (=voucher serialnumber) right at:
https://account.chessbase.com/en/ducats/enter-sn
Within your profile you will see the amount of ducats you have:
