Question: Why have I not been promoted to the rank of bishop?
A player has correctly activated his account fulfilled all of the prerequisites for the rank of bishop. Despite this the player is listed with the lowly rank of "Pawn" and so cannot take part in tournaments.
It is important to note that the player profile must be completed. Alongside the name and e-mail address the sever must also have, for example, information about a player's location (flag and city).
