I have been using the Fritz chess program for many years. Today when I started the program a pop up advised me that an update was available. After installing the update I tried to reopen the program and this message was shown:
"ChessProgram 14/5 exe. System Error"
"The program can't start because d3dx10_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
What should I do?
Solution: install DirectX through the link
http://download.chessbase.com/support/ChessBaseDirectXSetup.exe
Please run the setup to the default path.
When the installation has been completed, restart the system and run your Fritz 15 program right away!
