Deactivation of the ChessBase 17 program:
Why and When should I deactivate the program?
To deactivate or activate CB 17 program, e.g. useful if you change your computer/notebook.
Deactivation path:
open the program ChessBase 17 - file - activation - deactivate/activate program
Note: Each ChessBase Program comes with a serialnumber (=activation key) which gives 3 activations.
Your ChessBase 17 serialnumber for activation is stored within your ChessBase Shop Account for your download orders from ChessBase.
For DVD orders the serialnumber is stated on the inlay of the DVD box. The serialnumber is needed to activate the program on a new notebook/PC.
