Problem: When I ordered a ChessBase program I thought I could put it onto 3 computers. With the new design of the shop website, I no longer see my purchases in my account section. How would I download these programs that I have purchased.
Solution:
1. As a first step, log in to the Onlineshop with your username. You can do this via click SHOP - Login.
2. Now log in with your user data.
3. Now click on your login name again and you see your purchased software now via "My downloads".
Now you can download your software again.
