Problem: if you try to access the web app with the Mac or the iPad, the page is trying to open, but it still remains with a message as "Loading Live Chess App ..."
This also applies to all other web applications, and also for the iPad. Are there any settings (for example, data protection, Cockies etc.) in the Safari Browser which could prevent the display of pages?
Solution: The problem does not arise from the Java settings of your Browser. When the setting "private" browser is enabled in Safari, any access to the Apps is blocked. Disable this setting to activate the access to the Web Apps.
