Question: Fritz 18 does not delete results for Rated Games: /Training/Rated Game/(button) Rating/(button) Delete all results/ No matter what order or selection: The total number of games remains the same; No results are deleted. Please advise.
Answer: If you want to delete the valuation of scores against Fritz or one of the other chess programmes, you can do this by deleting the Rating.dat file. In this configuration file, the programme saves the results obtained.
The configuration file can be found in the user directory under C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\ChessBase\ChessProgram18\Rating.dat.
After deleting the file, you restart the evaluation mode, so it starts all over again.
