Question: I would like to permit the download of my own games played on the chess server. Whenever I try to select this setting in the Windows client in the dialog “User data”, the function is inactive, i.e. greyed out and cannot be chosen.
How can I solve the problem?
Answer: This function requires that the user has at least the rank "bishop". If the user's rank is lower, e.g. knight or pawn, the selection is not possible.
