Problem: I can't update the data base. There isn't a button for new games, therefore no button for register a user account.
Solution: Eventually the option "Folders" is not activated in the ChessBase program!
Database window -> Menu VIEW - Folders.
Now the display of the folder structure is shown on the left side of the window. Here you can find the item "New Games" which starts the required dialogue.
